That’s me, off for two and a half weeks.
17 nights off, not back until the 18th.
Happy days.

Lol. I’ve a couple or so cars lined up but otherwise I’ve bugger all planned.

Yep. Nine of them paid (the rest are what would of been ‘rest nights’).

No. Just not going to that hell-hole for a while.
I don't do holidays, but I had a large number of holiday hours to use and the bosses get jumped on from a height if I don't use them or carry over too many hours into the new year.

I just got back from a 12 day holiday in England, Germany and spur of the moment Austria. I didn’t realize how bad I needed it. My mental outlook for getting back to work is completely different now.

I hope you enjoyed your stay in England.
Where’d you go?

We did! We were only here a few days before jetting off. We were in Horley in Surrey which was a cool town. We met a relative for drinks at the Old Kings Head near London Bridge and perused the town.
We would’ve gone in more but the day we flew in, the train was stopped between gatwick/London due to someone getting hit and by the time we figured it out it wasn’t worth the cost going in.
